October 2024 Board Meeting Minutes

Saturday October 19th, 2024 at the Best Western Hood River Inn Mountain View Room (1108 E Marina Dr.) Hood in River, OR

Highlights:

• Officer Reports. President Ashley Wilner asked for volunteers for the 2025 House of Delegates Meeting in Reno, NV June 19-22. Abbie Berman and Steven Collins volunteered as delegates, Matt McLinden as an alternate.

• Executive Administrator. Andrea Adamson shared the financial reports. Scholarships went out to all three schools in September.

• Committee Reports.

  • Annual Meeting: Desiree Miller asked the board to review and give approval for the proposed 2025 Annual Meeting registration options and rates

  • Education: Abbie Berman requested travel funds for an out-of-state speaker per the financial policies and procedures.
